How to Make Peanut Butter Burgers
- Step 1 – Cook Bacon – Cook the bacon until crispy based on your preference. Set aside.
- Step 2 – Heat Grill – Preheat a grill over medium heat (approximately 350-400 degrees F).
Step 3 – Form Beef Patties – Form the ground beef into 6 patties approximately ⅓ pound each.
Step 4 – Add patties to grill – Place on the grill over direct heat. Season the patties with salt and pepper.
Step 6 – Cook Patties – Cook for 5-6 minutes per side until the patties reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
Step 7 – Heat Peanut Butter – Microwave the peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl on high for 30 seconds. Place the hamburger buns on the grill for approximately 1 minute to toast the buns. Remove the buns.
- Step 8 – Top cheese on buns – Top each of the bottom buns with a slice of the cheddar cheese and a cooked burger patty.
- Step 9 – Add the Peanut Butter Sauce on Patties – Then spread the warmed peanut butter on top of the patties. Top with 2 slices of the cooked bacon and the topped bun.
