What you'll need:

– Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts – Balsamic Vinegar – Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Brown Sugar – Dijon Mustard – Minced Garlic – Dried Thyme Leaves – Salt and Pepper

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients except for the chicken.

Step 2

Place the chicken in a large ziplock bag.  Pour the marinade on top of the chicken in the bag.

Step 3

Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 mins or overnight.

Step 4

Place the chicken on the grill. Cook for 5-7 mins.

Step 5

Then remove the chicken from the grill, let the chicken rest for 5 mins. Then the chicken is ready to slice and enjoy.
