Spread the oil out onto the grill with a spatula. Spread the tator tots onto half of the Blackstone grill into a single layer.
Season the tator tots with half of the taco seasoning and gently toss them to coat them in the seasoning.
Cover & cook for 15-18 mins (turning every few mins) until crispy & cooked through.
While the tator tots are cooking, place the ground beef on the blackstone next to the tator tots.
Season it with the remaining taco seasoning & brown the ground beef. Breaking it up as it cooks.
Then pour the browned beef on top of the tator tots.
Sprinkle the black beans, corn & half of the shredded cheese on top.
Place the pan on the blackstone grill, cover & let it sit for 5-10 mins until the cheese is melted.
Remove from the grill, top with the remaining shredded cheese, bacon, tomatoes & any other toppings you prefer.
