This is loaded with thinly slice steak, tender onions & then topped with melted cheese, then served on a hoagie!

Blackstone Philly Cheesesteak


– Steak (thinly sliced) – White Onion, sliced – Garlic Powder – Salt – Pepper – Provolone Cheese – Hoagie Rolls – Avocado Oil – Butter – Mayonnaise

Add the onions to the grill. Toss them to coat them in the oil & butter. Sauté for  3-5 mins until the onions are cooked.

step 1

Move the onions to a cooler part of the grill. Place your hoagie rolls rolls face down on the cooler side of the grill.

step 2

Add steak to the center of the grill. Season with  garlic powder salt & pepper. Flip & use your spatula to chop into smaller pieces.

step 3

Spread the mayonnaise onto one side of each of the hoagie rolls. Scoop the steak mixture into the rolls.

step 4

There is so much flavor in this meal and each bite is just amazing.
