Boneless Ham

Boneless Smoked Ham Recipe is a delicious! The ham heats perfectly & the ham turns out juicy & flavorful.


– Boneless Ham – Brown Sugar – Maple Syrup – Bourbon (or Dark Rum)


Preheat the pellet grill smoker. Place a rack on a baking sheet and place the ham on the rack.

Then place the baking sheet in the smoker. Cook for 3-4 hours until the internal temperature of the ham is 145 degrees.

Add brown sugar, maple syrup & bourbon to a saucepan. Bring the mixture to a low simmer, whisk & cook for about 5-10 mins until the brown sugar is dissolved.

Prepare The Ham Glaze


Remove any string from the ham & slice it. Pour the glaze on top and coat with a basting brush.

Slice and Glaze


Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!
