Peach Cobbler

Grilled Peach Cobbler is a staple summer dessert on the grill made with grilled peaches!

INGREDIENTS

– Large Peaches, pitted and halved – Brown Sugar – All Purpose Flour – Ground Cinnamon – Ground Nutmeg – Salt – Unsalted Butter

Place the peaches on direct heat on the grill and cook them for 5 mins (flipping them halfway through the cook time) with the lid closed.

Remove the peaches from the grill & allow them to cool enough to be able to handle.

Slice & place them in a bowl.  Add the rest of the cobbler ingredients except for the butter to the bowl & combine.

Cut the butter into small pats of butter and place them over the top of the peaches in the skillet.

Pour Into a  Cast Iron Skillet

Cover & place the pan on the grill.  Close the lid & allow it to cook for approximately 15 mins until the peaches are tender.

Dollop the biscuit topping on top of the peaches covering as much of the top of the peaches as possible.

Cook until the biscuit topping is browned (approximately 12-15 mins).
