Corn on the Cob
This Smoked Corn on the Cob Recipe is made with simple seasoning and
– Sweet Corn (shucked) – Butter (melted) – Paprika – Salt and Pepper – Garlic Powder – Fresh Parsley (chopped, optional)
all ingredients here
Mix together all the spices except for the parsley in a small bowl.
Baste corn with melted butter and seasonings.
Place the corn directly on the grates in the smoker. Close the lid on the smoker and cook for 40-45 mins
Carefully remove the corn from the smoker with tongs. Let the corn rest for 5 minutes. Serve topped with the fresh chopped parsley and enjoy!
