These Blackstone Potatoes are easy to make and are a crowd pleaser. With simple ingredients this side dish can be served many different ways.
- 1.5 lbs Baby Potatoes (quartered)
- 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Dried Rosemary
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F.).
Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss the potatoes to coat them with the seasonings and the oil.
Add the potatoes to the grill and cook for approximately 15-20 minutes (stirring occasionally) until the potatoes are tender.
Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!
