  • 1.5 lbs Baby Potatoes (quartered)
  • 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper


  • Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F.).
  • Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss the potatoes to coat them with the seasonings and the oil.
  • Add the potatoes to the grill and cook for approximately 15-20 minutes (stirring occasionally) until the potatoes are tender.
  • Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!
