Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Chili Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Ground Cumin
  • 2 Tablespoons Paprika
  • 2 Tablespoons Garlic Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a medium size mixing bowl. Stir or whisk to thoroughly combine all the seasonings.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
  • Use 1 tablespoon of the seasoning mixture per 1 pound of chicken or beef to make the best fajitas.

Notes

If you are sensitive to spice, reduce the cayenne pepper or leave it out all together.
If stored correctly, this seasoning mixture can last for up to 1 year.
