Grilled Pineapple

Grilled Pineapple spears grilled &  covered in a brown sugar glaze is a refreshing side to make for your next BBQ!

INGREDIENTS

– Pineapple –  Brown Sugar –  Butter melted

Cut the pineapple slice into thick spears & preheat a grill over medium high heat.

Prep

Mix the melted butter & brown sugar together.  Heat in the microwave for 30-45 seconds.

Melt Brown Sugar Glaze

Then whisk together to make sure that the brown sugar is combined into the butter & has a thin consistency.

Mix Glaze until Combined

Cook the pineapple spears for 5-6 mins until both sides of the pineapple are browned.  Place directly on the grill or on a grill pan.

Heat The Pineapple

Brush the brown sugar mixture onto the pineapple spears. Cook for 2-3 mins per side.
