Grilled Buffalo Chicken Wings


– Chicken Wings if whole, cut the chicken wings into sections –  Salt –  Pepper – Garlic Powder –  Oil – Buffalo Sauce

Dry the chicken as much as possible with paper towels. Then coat the chicken with the salt, pepper & garlic powder.

Place the chicken wings on the side of the grill over direct heat.

Cover & cook for 15-20 mins flipping them every 2-3 mins.

Remove the wings from the grill. Place the chicken in a bowl & pour buffalo sauce on top & toss to coat the chicken.
