Mix together the seasonings in a small bowl. Place the salmon filets on a plate.
Rub vegetable oil onto both sides of the filets. Then spoon the seasoning mixture over the salmon & spread it around.
Place the heavy bottom salmon filets on the Blackstone grill on top of the oil. Let them cook for 3 mins.
Remove salmon from the grill. Allow it to sit for 5 mins. You can squeeze lemon juice over the top before serving.
