What you'll need:

– Salmon Filets – Vegetable Oil (divided) – Onion Powder – Garlic Powder – Cayenne Pepper – Oregano – Salt – Paprika

Step 1

Mix together the seasonings in a small bowl.  Place the salmon filets on a plate.

Step 2

Rub vegetable oil onto both sides of the filets. Then spoon the seasoning mixture over the salmon & spread it around.

Step 3

Place the heavy bottom salmon filets on the Blackstone grill on top of the oil.  Let them cook for 3 mins.

Step 4

Then flip the salmon filets and cook for another 3-4 mins.

Step 5

Remove salmon from the grill. Allow it to sit for 5 mins. You can squeeze lemon juice over the top before serving.
