Freddy's Steak Burger on a plate topped with onions, and pickles

Copycat Freddy’s Steakburger Recipe:

We love making burgers on the Blackstone Griddle. The burgers cook evenly and fast because of how hot the flat top griddle gets. Freddy’s Fast Food Restaurant is one of my kids favorite burger to get and now I can make it at home because of this easy recipe. You might also like Freddy’s Patty Melt Recipe.

The burger is seasoned with simple seasoning and then cooked to perfection. The two patties are placed between a slice of American cheese to melt instantly on the griddle.

This copycat burger is topped with your favorite toppings and loaded on a soft hamburger bun. If you love cooking burgers on your griddle as much as we do, make Blackstone Smash Burger for an easy burger recipe.

What is Freddy’s Steakburger made of?

The Freddy Frozen Custard Steakburgers are made with premium ground beef and cook to perfection. We used 80/20 ground beef for this recipe.  The ground beef is mixed with simple seasoning and then divided into hamburger balls.

Then the hamburger balls are pressed on a griddle to cook two thin slice patties. These patties are cooked with crispy edges and a thicker middle.
