How to Make Sweet and Spicy Chicken Stir Fry on the Blackstone Griddle

Step 1 – Preheat a Blackstone Grill over medium high heat. 

Diced chicken thighs coated with cornstarch in a large ziplock bag with small bowls of soy sauce, brown sugar, oil and frozen veggies on the side

Step 2 – Place the diced chicken, cornstarch, salt and pepper in a sealed bag. Toss the bag ingredients until the chicken is thoroughly coated in the mixture.

Step 3 – Whisk the sauce ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

Step 4 – Drizzle the oil onto the grill and spread it around with a spatula.

Step 5 – Place the chicken in a single layer on the grill and sauté for 5-6 minutes, tossing it halfway through the cook time, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
