Recipe Tips
- High Smoke Point Oil – Any oil with a high smoke point can work for this recipe. I love using avocado oil but vegetable oil, coconut oil or canola oil would all work.
- Stirring Ingredients – Once the sauce has been added to the griddle, make sure to toss the mixture, to prevent the soy sauce from burning onto the grill.
- Prepare Chicken – Dice the chicken about the same size pieces so it cooks evenly and about the same time.
- Clean Blackstone – Learn How to Clean Blackstone Griddle with these simple tips.
Flavor Variations
- Tropical Flavor – Add in 1 cup of diced pineapple plus 2 tbsp of the juice for amazing flavor.
- Spicy – If you prefer a hint of spice, double the red pepper flakes plus the addition of 1 tbsp of sriracha sauce makes it extra spicy.
- Vegetables – Feel free to ad more veggies or vegetables of your choice to make this dish your own. We often will toss in vegetables that we have leftover from the week
