  • Vegetable Oil – Helps prevent sticking and gives the beef and vegetables a perfect sear on the hot Blackstone griddle.
  • Flank Steak – A tender, flavorful cut that cooks quickly. Slice thinly against the grain for the best texture.
  • Carrots – Adds natural sweetness and color while stretching the meal affordably.
  • Broccoli – A classic stir fry vegetable that holds up well on the griddle and adds hearty texture.

Tips for the Best Blackstone Stir Fry

  • Beef and Vegetables – We recommend cutting the beef and vegetables about the same size. This make sure they cook evenly and tender.
  • Use Different Oil – You can easily use avocado oil, canola oil or coconut oil instead of the vegetable oil in this recipe.
  • Heat Blackstone – Make sure Blackstone is preheated before adding vegetables to griddle.

Easy Variations and Budget Swaps

  • Change the Meat – We used flank steak for this recipe, but you can easily use skirt steak, sirloin steak or Grilled Shrimp on Blackstone as well.
  • Vegetables – This is a great recipe to use leftover vegetables. We have added in baby corn, potatoes, mushrooms, green beans, asparagus, broccoli florets and snow peas for a change.
  • Noodles – If you prefer you can use rice instead of noodles for this recipe.
  • Use Chicken – This stir fry would be delicious with chicken or pork.
  • Soy Sauce Substitution – You can substitute soy sauce for coconut aminos.

How to Make Beef Stir Fry on the Stove Top
