Delicious! Just made tonight! Very good. Love this recipe!
Do you measure three cups of rice and cook or do you cook enough to make only three cups? I never seem to get my rice ratio!
Raw rice will double once it is cooked. So if you need 3 cups cooked rice, then you would cook 1 1/2 cups of raw rice.
My husband made this recipe on our Blackstone Griddle last night. We both loved it! Fun and easy to make! We didn’t have any green onion but next time will include! This makes a large dish that could serve 4 people. Will definitely be adding this recipe to our favorites!
