Expert Tips

  • Cooking Shrimp- It doesn’t take long to cook the shrimp. Make sure to not over cook the shrimp so it doesn’t get rubbery.
  • Vegetables – We recommend cutting the vegetables about the same size. This make sure they cook evenly and tender.
  • Use Different Oil – You can easily use avocado oil, canola oil or coconut oil instead of the vegetable oil in this recipe.
  • Heat Blackstone – Make sure Blackstone is preheated before adding vegetables to griddle.

How to Make Shrimp Stir Fry on the Stove Top

We recommend using a cast iron skillet or a Wok as it is similar to the griddle but any skillet will work.

  • Heat and oil skillet then add in vegetables.
  • Place the broccoli, shredded carrots and snow peas in the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  • Remove vegetables from skillet then add in shrimp and peppers and cook for a few minutes.
  • Add the garlic and ginger to cook for few minutes.
