The main difference between Yakisoba Noodles and Ramen Noodles is the texture. These noodles have about the same thickness but is how the noodles are made.

Tips for Yakisoba Noodles with Shrimp:

  • Oil the Griddle – Any oil with a high smoke point will work great for this recipe.  We love using vegetable oil, canola oil or coconut oil instead of avocado oil in this recipe.
  • Cooking Shrimp- It doesn’t take long to cook the shrimp. Make sure to not over cook the shrimp so it doesn’t get rubbery.
  • Vegetables – We recommend cutting the vegetables about the same size. This make sure they cook evenly and tender.
  • Heat Blackstone – Make sure Blackstone is preheated before adding vegetables to griddle.
  • Thickening Sauce – Continue to sautéing the shrimp with the vegetables and this will thicken the sauce.
