Expert Tips

  • Oil the Griddle – Any oil with a high smoke point will work great for this recipe.  We love using vegetable oil, canola oil or coconut oil instead of avocado oil in this recipe.
  • Cooking Shrimp- It doesn’t take long to cook the shrimp. Make sure to not over cook the shrimp so it doesn’t get rubbery.
  • Vegetables – We recommend cutting the vegetables about the same size. This make sure they cook evenly and tender.
  • Heat Blackstone – Make sure Blackstone is preheated before adding vegetables to griddle.
