BBQ Seasoning

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Mix together all the ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Rub approximately 1 tablespoon of the rub generously over the protein.  Let them marinate in the rub for at least 20 minutes or overnight.
  • Then the protein is ready to grill and enjoy!

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.  Make sure to discard any of the rub that might have come into contact with any of the raw protein.
