Ingredients

  • ½ cup Kosher Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Onion Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Oregano
  • 1 Tablespoon Paprika

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
  • Season beef with approximately 1 Tablespoon per pound.  Rub into the beef and grill based on your preference.

Notes

Store this beef rub mixture in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5-6 months.
