- 2 Carrots
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F).
Peel the carrots and slice the carrots into approximately ½ inch thick slices.
Place the carrots on the griddle. Then pour a couple of tablespoons of water on top of the c arros. Cover with a dome lid to steam the carrots.
Cook for approximately 2-3 minutes, then slip the carrots and cook for 3-4 more minutes until the carrots are tender.
Top the carrots with butter and then the brown sugar. Cook for 2 more minutes and toss to coat the carrots with the glaze mixture.
Remove and serve while warm. Enjoy!
You can easily make these carrots on the stovetop on a pan if you do not have a Blackstone griddle.
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
