Preheat the Blackstone Grill over high heat (approximately 500 degrees F). The grill has to be hot to pop the popcorn.
Place the butter in a small saucepan and place it on one side of the grill.
Place the popcorn kernels in a small mixing bowl. Add half the oil and stir to coat the kernels in the oil.
Spread the remaining oil out on the Blackstone grill with a spatula.
Spread the popcorn kernels onto the grill in an even single layer and immediately cover it with a dome. Move the dome continuously so that the kernels and the popcorn kernels do not burn. We moved the dome in a circular motion to make sure that all the kernels are moved around so that they do not burn.
Continue to cook for 2-3 minutes until all the popcorn kernels have popped. You will know that the popcorn is ready when you stop hearing the kernels pop.
Use a spatula to remove the popcorn from the grill to a separate bowl. Pour the melted butter from the grill on top and season it with the salt.
Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!
