- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 cup pesto sauce homemade or store-bought
- 2 large tomatoes sliced
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Lay out four large pieces of aluminum foil. Place one chicken breast in the center of each foil piece.
Spread a generous amount of pesto sauce over each chicken breast.
Arrange slices of tomato, mozzarella, and basil leaves over the pesto coated chicken.
Fold the foil over the chicken and ingredients to create a sealed packet.
Place the foil packets on the preheated grill. Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
