Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, stir together 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp pepper. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts.
  • Preheat the grill to 350 degrees F. Brush the grill grates with oil to prevent the chicken from sticking.
  • Once the grill is hot, place the 4 chicken breasts on the grill.
  • Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side.
  • Brush the chicken with 1/4 cup BBQ sauce. Flip the chicken and brush the other side with another 1/4 cup BBQ sauce. Cook for 3 minutes
  • Flip the chicken again and continue cooking for 3 to 4 more minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
  • Move the chicken to a breast, let the chicken sit for 5 minutes. Then it's ready to slice and enjoy!
