Ingredients

FOR THE MARINADE:

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder

FOR THE KABOBS:

  • 1 1/2 pound Sirloin Steak cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 3 Bell Peppers any color, cleaned and cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 Red Onion cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 Large Zucchini cut into bite size pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoons Oil

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients for marinade.
  • Cut steak into pieces and add to a large resealable bag.
  • Pour marinade over steak, seal bag and place in refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
  • Toss the vegetables with the oil and season them with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • Remove steak from bag and discard marinade.
  • Thread steak and vegetables onto skewers.
  • Heat a grill over medium high heat (approximately 425 degrees F).  Clean the grill grates and rub them with oil to keep the kabobs from sticking to the grates.
  • Place kabobs onto a hot grill and cook for approximately 8-9 minutes, rotating the kabobs every 2-3 minutes, until the steak reaches an internal temperature for 140-145 degrees F.
  • Remove from grill and serve immediately
