- 6 Boneless Chicken Breast
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Lemons Juiced
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
Place the chicken in a large bowl or large ziplock bag. Pour the sauce on top of the chicken and allow it to marinade for at least 20 minutes but overnight is preferred.
Then preheat your grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F). Place the chicken directly on the grill grate and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
Remove the chicken from the grill, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes. Then the chicken is ready to slice, serve and enjoy!
