- 6 Boneless Chicken Breast
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Lemons Juiced
In a small bowl, whisk together ¼ cup olive oil, the juice from 2 lemons, 2 teaspoons minced garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon black pepper.
Place 6 boneless chicken breasts in a large bowl or large zip-top bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken and toss to coat evenly.
Then preheat your grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F). Place the chicken directly on the grill grate and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
Remove the chicken from the grill, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes. Then the chicken is ready to slice, serve and enjoy!
