Ingredients

  • 6 Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 Lemons Juiced

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Place the chicken in a large bowl or large ziplock bag. Pour the sauce on top of the chicken and allow it to marinade for at least 20 minutes but overnight is preferred.
  • Then preheat your grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F). Place the chicken directly on the grill grate and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
  • Remove the chicken from the grill, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes. Then the chicken is ready to slice, serve and enjoy!
