Grilled Peaches
makes the best Summertime treat. Ripe peaches are grilled and then topped with a
buttery sauce
. Serve as a delicious side dish or dessert.

Ingredients

peaches
firm but ripe
2
teaspoons
Olive oil
½
cup
unsalted butter
¼
cup
granulated sugar
1
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
For Serving:
Vanilla Ice Cream
Caramel Sauce
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium heat (approximately 350 degrees Fahrenheit).
Cut peaches in half and remove seed from the peaches.
Brush peaches on cut side with olive oil.
Brush grill with olive oil as well to prevent the peaches from sticking to the grill.
Place peaches on grill cut side down and cook for 8-10 minutes.
While peaches are cooking, melt butter in microwave safe bowl.
Stir in sugar and cinnamon until combined.
Remove peaches from grill and place on baking sheet with a rim.
Spoon butter mixture over peaches slowly so it soaks into the peaches.
Serve immediately with ice cream and caramel sauce drizzled on top. Enjoy!
Notes
Refrigerate any leftover peaches in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
