Ingredients

Large Raw Shrimp
peeled and deveined

Instructions
Preheat a grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F) and cook the pasta based on the package instructions to al dente.
In a mixing bowl, stir together the olive oil, chicken broth, dry white wine, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt and pepper.
Place a cast iron skillet on the grill and drizzle olive oil in the pan. Add the shrimp and sauté for 2-3 minutes until the shrimp turns pink.
Pour the sauce into the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is aromatic. Then add in the butter and allow it to melt.
Toss in the angel hair pasta and top with the fresh parsley.
Remove the pan from the heat. Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!
Notes
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
