Hibachi Zucchini

Hibachi Zucchini makes the best side dish. The zucchini cooks perfectly on griddle. It is then tossed with Teriyaki sauce for added flavor.

  • Cut the zucchinis into approximately 2 inch long wedges.
  • Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees Fahrenheit).
  • Melt the butter onto the grill and spread it out with a spatula.
  • Add the zucchini and the onions to the grill and cook for approximately 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until browned.
  • Drizzle the teriyaki sauce on top.  Season the zucchini with the red pepper flakes and black pepper.  Stir to coat the zucchinis with the sauce and seasonings.
  • Sauté for 2-3 more minutes until the zucchini is tender and soft enough for your liking.
  • Remove from the grill, top with the sesame seeds and enjoy!
