  • 3 lbs London Broil

For the Marinade:

Instructions

  • Whisk together the marinade ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Place the London Broil in a large ziplock bag, pour the marinade over the top, seal and marinade for at least 4 hours but overnight is preferred.
  • Preheat the smoker to 225 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Remove the steak from the bag and shake off the excess marinade.
  • Place the roast in the smoker and smoke for 45-60 minutes until the roast reaches an internal temperature between 125 degrees Fahrenheit and 145 degrees Fahrenheit based on how you like your beef prepared.
  • Remove from the smoker.  Loosely cover with foil and let the roast rest for 15-20 minutes.
  • Thinly slice the London broil against the grain and enjoy!

Notes

Use an instant-read meat thermometer to make sure that the beef is cooked to the temperature of your preference before removing from the smoker.  
Refrigerate the leftovers for up to 5 days.
