Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Large Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Lime Juiced
  • 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

  • Preheat the smoker to 225 degrees F.
  • Whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, paprika, salt, garlic powder, black pepper and red pepper flakes.
  • Add the shrimp. Toss to coat the shrimp in the marinade ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours).
  • Place the shrimp directly on the smoker rack.
  • Smoke for 30-40 minutes until the shrimp is pinked and cooked through.
  • Remove, serve immediately while warm and enjoy!

Notes

You can place the shrimp in an aluminum pan or place them on skewers to prevent them from following through the racks in the smoker if needed.
Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
