Walking Tacos on the Blackstone are the ultimate crowd-pleasing meal — seasoned taco meat cooked on the griddle, loaded straight into individual Doritos bags with all your favorite toppings. No plates, no mess, no complaints. This recipe feeds 10 people and is the easiest thing to make when you need to feed a big group fast. Perfect for birthday parties, holiday gatherings, game nights, and backyard cookouts.
Heat one section of the Blackstone to medium heat.
Add 2 lbs ground beef and cook for 10–12 minutes, breaking it up and stirring occasionally, until browned and no longer pink.
Stir in 3 tbsp taco seasoning until evenly coated.
Reduce heat to low, mix in 1/4 cup salsa, and cook for 2–3 minutes until heated through.
While the meat cooks, set out toppings: 8 oz shredded cheese, 1 diced onion, shredded lettuce, guacamole, 1 can drained black beans, and 1 can drained corn.
Lightly crush 10 (1 oz) bags of Doritos, then cut open along the side. Add taco meat and desired toppings directly into each bag.
Serve immediately and eat straight from the bag.
Notes
Use 80/20 ground beef for best flavor. It stays juicy on the griddle. If there’s excess grease, drain a little before adding seasoning.
