Blackstone Fish  Tacos

What you'll need:

– Tilapia Filets – Avocado Oil –  Lime juiced –  Chili Powder –  Garlic Powder –  Salt –  Mini Corn Tortillas street taco size –  Butter –  Sour Cream

Step 1

Place tilapia filets on a plate & drizzle avocado oil & lime juice. Season filets with the chili powder, garlic powder & salt.

Step 2

Drizzle oil on the grill & spread it around with a spatula.

Step 3

Place the tilapia filets on one side of the Blackstone Grill.  Cook for 3-4 mins per side until the fish is slightly browned.

Step 4

Remove from the grill to a separate plate & let it rest for 5 mins.  Then slice the fish into large pieces.

Step 5

Stir the sauce ingredients together in a small mixing bowl.

Step 6

Melt the butter on the Blackstone grill.  Fry the mini corn tortillas until browned.

Step 7

Then assemble the tacos.  Use 2 corn tortillas per taco.  Top each taco with the fish & drizzle it with the sauce.

Step 8

Then top with the cabbage, avocado, tomatoes, red onions, cheese & lime juice!
