Parmesan Crusted  Pork Chops

Blackstone Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops is crispy, delicious & easy to make pork chop recipe. 


– Boneless Pork Chops – Eggs – Water – Butter – Panko bread crumbs – Grated Parmesan cheese – Fresh Parsley, chopped – Garlic Salt – Paprika


Whisk together the eggs & water. Set aside. In a separate bowl, mix the Panko bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic salt & pepper.

Dip each pork chop into the egg mixture & then into the bread crumb mixture. Make sure that the pork chops are completely coated.

Once the grill is heated.  Spread the butter on the grill and use a spatula to spread it around.

Place the pork chops on the griddle over the butter.  Cook for 2-4 mins on each side . Cook until the coating is lightly golden brown.

Remove the pork chops from the grill, let sit for 5 mins.
