What to Serve with Parmesan Pork Chops:

We like to serve side dishes that are made on the Blackstone for easy cleanup. These are our favorites:

Recipe Tips:

  • Coat Pork Chops – Make sure to coat pork chops complete with the egg and parmesan mixture.
  • Heat Griddle – You want to heat the griddle to medium heat. But watch it closely so that when placing the pork chops on the griddle the breading doesn’t burn.
  • Butter the Griddle – Before placing the pork chops on the griddle, make sure to spread butter on the griddle. This helps to cook the pork chops and prevents them from sticking.
  • Cooking Pork Chops – We recommend staying close by the griddle while cooking the Pork Chops. These Pork Chops do not take long to cook and it doesn’t take long for the breading to start browning.
  • Rest Pork Chops – Before serving pork chops, make sure to allow the pork chops to rest for at least 5 minutes. This allows for the pork chops to stay juicy.

Recipe Variations:

  • Parmesan Cheese – We love using fresh grated parmesan cheese for this recipe. But you can use pre-shredded parmesan cheese if you prefer.
  • Seasoning – Feel free to change the seasoning to what you have.
  • Pork Chops – We recommend using thin pork chops. If you do cook thicker pork chops it will take a little longer to cook.

How to Store and Reheat:

Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Reheat the leftovers in the microwave or the air fryer to create a crispy crust.
