We love using our Blackstone for many different recipes so I was amazed how well these pork chops turned out. In less than 15 minutes the pork chops were cooked perfectly and dinner was done.

How to Cook Pork Chops on Blackstone Griddle
- Step 1 – Place all the seasoning in a small bowl. Stir to thoroughly combine the ingredients. Rub the seasoning mixture onto both sides of the pork chops.
- Step 2 – Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium heat (approximately 400 degrees F). Once the griddle surface is heated. Spread the oil out on the grill and use a spatula to spread it around.
- Step 3 – Add the pork chops to the grill on the oil. Cook for 2-4 minutes on each side until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F and the edges are browned and caramelized.
- Step 4 – Remove the juicy pork chops from the flat top, let sit for 5 minutes. Then they are ready to slice, serve and enjoy!

- Oil Griddle – You can use any oil with a high smoke point instead of the avocado oil. Olive oil, Coconut oil, vegetable oil or canola oil would all work great in this recipe.
- Preheat Griddle – Before placing pork chops on the griddle, make sure the griddle is preheated.
- Rest Pork Chops – Before serving pork chops, make sure to allow the pork chops to rest for at least 5 minutes. This allows for the pork chops to stay juicy.
How Long to Cook Pork Chops on Blackstone
