Blackstone BBQ pork chops are the perfect summertime meal. Pork Chops are seasoned and grilled on the griddle for a few minutes. Then the Blackstone pork chops are basted with BBQ sauce for added flavor.

Ingredients needed - pork chops, oil, salt and pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, onion powder, BBQ sauce
  • Boneless Pork Chops – Cook pork chops about the same size so they cook evenly
  • Avocado Oil – You can use any oil with a high smoke point instead of the avocado oil.  Coconut oil, vegetable oil or canola oil would all work great in this recipe. Olive oil is another option to cook the pork chops in.
  • Spices – Simple seasoning is all you need. We used Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Chili Powder, and Onion Powder
  • Barbecue Sauce – Use your favorite flavor

How to Make BBQ Pork Chops on Blackstone Griddle

Step 1 – Marinate Pork Chops – Place all the seasoning in a small bowl.  Stir to thoroughly combine the ingredients.  Rub the seasoning mixture onto both sides of the pork chops.

Step 2 – Heat the Griddle – Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F). Once the grill is heated.  Spread the oil out on the grill and use a spatula to spread it around.

Step 3 – Grill Pork Chops – Add the pork chops to the grill on the oil.  Cook for 2-4 minutes on each side until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F and the edges are browned and caramelized. Use tongs to flip the pork chops.

Step 4 – Baste Pork Chops – Remove the pork chops from the grill. Baste the pork chops with the barbecue sauce with a basting brush.  Then allow the pork chops to rest for 5 minutes. Then they are ready to slice, serve and enjoy!
