- 6 Boneless Pork Chops
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tbsp water
- 3 Tbsp Butter
- 1 1/2 cups Panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 Grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and water. Set aside. In a separate small bowl, combine the Panko bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic salt and pepper.
Dip each pork chop into the egg mixture and then into the bread crumb mixture. Make sure that the pork chops are completely coated.
Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium heat (approximately 350 degrees F). Watch the temperature closely. If it gets too hot, the pork chops coating will burn. Once the grill is heated. Spread the butter on the grill and use a spatula to spread it around.
Place the pork chops on the grill over the butter. Cook for 2-4 minutes on each side until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F and the coating on the pork is lightly golden brown. Watch closely so that the coating does not burn.
Remove the pork chops from the grill, let sit for 5 minutes. Then they are ready to slice, serve and enjoy!
Recipe Tips
- Coat Pork Chops - Make sure to coat pork chops complete with the egg and parmesan mixture.
- Heat Griddle - You want to heat the griddle to medium heat. But watch it closely so that when placing the pork chops on the griddle the breading doesn't burn.
- Butter the Griddle - Before placing the pork chops on the griddle, make sure to spread butter on the griddle. This helps to cook the pork chops and prevents them from sticking.
- Cooking Pork Chops - We recommend staying close by the griddle while cooking the Pork Chops. These Pork Chops do not take long to cook and it doesn't take long for the breading to start browning.
- Rest Pork Chops – Before serving pork chops, make sure to allow the pork chops to rest for at least 5 minutes. This allows for the pork chops to stay juicy.
Recipe Variations
- Parmesan Cheese - We love using fresh grated parmesan cheese for this recipe. But you can use pre-shredded parmesan cheese if you prefer.
- Seasoning - Feel free to change the seasoning to what you have. Use garlic powder instead of garlic salt.
- Pork Chops - We recommend using thin pork chops. If you do cook thicker pork chops it will take a little longer to cook. You can also use bone-in pork chops.
