Grilled Vegetables In A Foil


– Mushrooms – Onions – Peppers – Zucchini – Yellow Squash

Lay out a large piece of aluminum foil. Cut all the vegetables & mix them together in a large bowl.

Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables. Then season with the salt, pepper & minced garlic.

Lay out the sheet of foil and divide vegetables on each piece of foil.

step 3

Fold up the sides of the foil & seal it together making a large foil packet.

step 4

Preheat the grill over medium high heat. Then place the foil sealed packet on the grill & cook for 5-8 mins.

Be careful when unwrapping the foil packet as steam will release!
