- 4 Slices Sourdough Bread
- 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 4 slices Bacon
- 4 Slices Cheddar Cheese
- 4 Slices Pepper Jack Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Avocado Oil
Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F).
Place bacon slices on the Blackstone Grill on one side on the griddle. Cook the bacon until the bacon is crispy. Move the bacon from the grill to a plate lined with a paper towel to soak up the excess grease.
Spread the mayonnaise on the outside of each slice of bread.
Drizzle the avocado oil onto the Blackstone grill. Place 2 slices of the bread mayonnaise side down onto the grill. Top with 2 slices of the cheddar cheese, 2 slices of the bacon, 2 slices of the pepper jack cheese and the remaining slices of bread.
Cook both of the sandwiches over medium high heat until golden brown (4-5 minutes). Flip the sandwiches and cook the other side for 4-5 more minutes until golden brown.
Remove the skillet, cut in half and enjoy!
These are best served fresh. You can use butter instead of mayonnaise in this recipe if you prefer. Also, these sandwiches are great with any of your favorite type of cheese.
Use any oil with a high smoke point. Vegetable oil, canola oil, coconut oil or avocado oil will all work great in this recipe.
