Bacon Sandwich

Blackstone Bacon Sandwich takes your classic bacon sandwich to the next level. It is loaded with flavor and easily made on the griddle.

Ingredients

  • 2 Slices Thick White Bread
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 4 slices Bacon

Instructions

  • Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F).
  • Place bacon slices on the Blackstone Grill on one side on the griddle.  Cook the bacon until the bacon is crispy.  Move the bacon from the grill to a plate lined with a paper towel to soak up the excess grease.
  • Spread the butter on the outside of each slice of bread.
  • Place 1 slice of the bread (butter side down) onto the grill.  Top with cooked bacon slices and the remaining slice of bread (butter side out).
  • Cook the sandwich over medium high heat until golden brown (4-5 minutes).  Flip the sandwich and cook the other side for 4-5 more minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove the grill, cut in half diagonally and enjoy!
