- 2 pounds Whole Carrots peeled
- 1 lb Bacon thin cut
- 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat a grill over high heat (approximately 450 degrees Fahrenheit) and create an indirect heating zone on your grill.
Clean and peel the carrots. Then wrap each carrot with bacon making sure that the ends overlap.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on top.
Place the carrots on the grill over the indirect heat zone. Close the lid on the grill and cook for 25-30 minutes (flip them approximately every 5 minutes) until the carrots are tender.
Brush both sides of the carrots with maple syrup and cook for 5-8 minutes until the syrup starts to bubble slightly.
Remove the carrots from the grill and then they are ready to serve and enjoy!
