- 6 boneless pork chops
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 12 slices bacon
Heat the grill over medium high heat. If you have a grill thermometer heat to 400ºF.
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
Wrap each pork chop with two slices of bacon. Secure with toothpicks.
Place on the hot grill. Grill for 10 minutes.
Then flip and grill another 10-15 minutes or until they reach 145°F.
Remove from the grill and let pork chops rest 5 minutes before serving
