Ingredients

  • 6 boneless pork chops
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 12 slices bacon

Instructions

  • Heat the grill over medium high heat. If you have a grill thermometer heat to 400ºF.
  • Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  • Wrap each pork chop with two slices of bacon. Secure with toothpicks.
  • Place on the hot grill. Grill for 10 minutes.
  • Then flip and grill another 10-15 minutes or until they reach 145°F.
  • Remove from the grill and let pork chops rest 5 minutes before serving
