Blackstone Bacon Fried Corn

Blackstone Bacon Fried Corn is the ultimate side dish. Fried corn is cooked with bacon to make and easy southern fried corn dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Corn Kernels
  • 1/2 Onion finely chopped
  • 6 Slices Bacon diced
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 2 Chives chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F).
  • Place the diced bacon on the grill and sauté for a few minutes. Then add in the diced onions. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onions are translucent and the bacon is browned.
  • Then stir in the corn. Toss all the ingredients together to combine them thoroughly. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until the corn is browned.
  • Remove from the grill. Serve topped with the chives and enjoy!

Notes

You can use frozen corn as well. If using frozen corn, use 4 cups of corn in this recipe.
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
