Ingredients

Instructions

  • Cut off the tough ends of the asparagus. Cut each bacon in half.  Wrap each of the asparagus spears with a piece of the bacon at an angle making sure to not overlap the bacon.
  • Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F).
  • Spread the oil out onto the grill and use a spatula to spread it out as evenly as possible.
  • Place the asparagus spears with the bacon seam side down onto the grill.  Cook for 7-10 minutes, flipping the asparagus frequently to cook the bacon evenly and to keep the spears wrapped in the bacon.
  • When the bacon is crispy and the asparagus is tender, remove from the grill.  Let it sit for 3-5 minutes, then the asparagus is ready to serve and enjoy!

Notes

Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
To Bake:
Place the bacon wrapped asparagus onto a baking sheet lined with foil.  Bake in a preheated oven to 400 degrees F for 7-10 minutes until the bacon is crispy (flip the asparagus halfway through the cook time so that the bacon cooks evenly).
