Cut off the tough ends of the asparagus. Cut each bacon in half. Wrap each of the asparagus spears with a piece of the bacon at an angle making sure to not overlap the bacon.
Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F).
Spread the oil out onto the grill and use a spatula to spread it out as evenly as possible.
Place the asparagus spears with the bacon seam side down onto the grill. Cook for 7-10 minutes, flipping the asparagus frequently to cook the bacon evenly and to keep the spears wrapped in the bacon.
When the bacon is crispy and the asparagus is tender, remove from the grill. Let it sit for 3-5 minutes, then the asparagus is ready to serve and enjoy!
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
To Bake:
Place the bacon wrapped asparagus onto a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake in a preheated oven to 400 degrees F for 7-10 minutes until the bacon is crispy (flip the asparagus halfway through the cook time so that the bacon cooks evenly).
