Ingredients

  • 12 Slices bacon
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 3 cups Shredded Hash Browns
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Pound Ground Hot Breakfast Sausage
  • 6 slices American Cheese
  • 6 Hamburger Buns

Instructions

  • Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium high heat (approximately 350 degrees Fahrenheit).
  • While the grill is preheating, mix together the gourd beef and sausage.  Then form into balls that are approximately 1/3 pound each.  Refrigerate until ready to cook.
  • Place the bacon on the grill and cook for 3-5 minutes per side until crispy.  Remove from the grill to a separate plate.
  • Add the butter to the grill with the bacon grease and allow it to melt.
  • Add the shredded hash browns to the grill.  Put the hash browns into approximately 6 patties with each burger (approximately 1/2 cup each).
  • Cook for approximately 5 minutes (without touching them). Gently lift one edge to check to see if they are browned. If browned, flip the hashbrowns and continue cooking for 4-6 minutes until the opposite side is browned.
  • Push to a cooler side of the grill.
  • Add the burger balls to the grill.  Press them down with a large spatula or burger press until they are formed into patties.  Cook the patties for 3-5 minutes.  Flip the burgers and cook until burgers are cooked through (3-4 more minutes).
  • Add a piece of cheese on top of each burger patty.  Then push them to a cooler side of the grill.
  • Add the hamburger buns to the grill for 1 minute to toast them.  Remove from the grill.
  • Add the eggs to the grill and cook them sunny side up (4-5 minutes without flipping them).
  • Then it’s time to build your burgers.  Add a patty to the bottom bun of each hamburger bun.  Top with the hash browns, sunny side up egg and 2 slices of bacon.  Top with the top bun and the burgers are ready to serve and enjoy!
