Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Pizza Dough store bought or homemade
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 1 Pound Breakfast Sausage
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Green Onion diced

Instructions

  • Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium high heat (approximately 450 degrees F).
  • Roll the dough into a 12 inch circle with a rolling pin on a lightly floured surface.
  • Use a fork to poke holes all over the center of the pizza dough to keep it from bubbling in the oven.
  • Spread the vegetable oil out onto the Blackstone grill.  Place the pizza dough directly on the grill.  Cook for 3-5 minutes until browned.
  • While the crust is cooking, whisk the eggs together in a mixing bowl.
  • Add eggs to the opposite side of the grill and scramble them.
  • Add the sausage to the grill as well and break it up as it browns.  Stir in the red bell pepper and sauté it with the sausage.
  • Flip the pizza dough. Top the pizza with 1 cup of the shredded cheese.
  • Then evenly add on the scrambled eggs and the sausage and red pepper mixture.
  • Top the pizza with the remaining cheese.
  • Cover the Blackstone Grill and cook for 5-7 minutes until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted on the pizza.
  • Remove the pizza from the grill. Top with the diced green onions. Slice and serve the pizza.  Enjoy!

Notes

Refrigerate the leftover pizza in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
