Blackstone Broccoli Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Fresh Broccoli
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F.)
  • Cut the florets from 2 pounds fresh broccoli and slice the florets into flat pieces.
  • Place 2 tablespoons butter on the grill and spread it out evenly. Add the broccoli to the grill and season with ¼ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon black pepper.
  • Cook the broccoli for 5-6 minutes per side until charred slightly. You can also use a burger press to press the broccoli closely to the grill to cook faster.
  • Remove the broccoli and serve immediately while warm. Enjoy!
