- 2 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 pound Brussel Sprouts
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Trim 1 pound Brussels sprouts by cutting off the stem ends and then cut each Brussels sprout in half.
Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F). Place 2 tablespoons butter on the griddle and allow it to melt. Use a spatula to spread the melted butter evenly across the griddle surface.
Add the Brussel Sprouts to the grill and toss them to thoroughly coat them in the butter. Then spread them out in a single layer. Season the Brussels sprouts with 1 teaspoon minced garlic, ½ teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon black pepper.
Sauté the Brussel Sprouts stirring frequently for 3-4 minutes.
Cover the grill and cook the Brussel sprouts for 3-5 more minutes flipping them halfway through the cook time until the Brussel spouts are the tenderness and brownness that you prefer.
Use small to medium size Brussel Sprouts for this recipe. If you use large Brussel sprouts, they will need to cook longer on the grill.
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
